The Rise, Amersham
Our Clients brought us in to extend and renovate their newly purchased house. Prior to moving in after completion, plans were drawn up to create a larger open plan kitchen/ family room with adjoining utility room. The 1st floor of the property required the addition of a new master bedroom en-suite, a new bathroom and renovation of the bedrooms and landing.
On completion of all internal works, we then landscaped the front of the property with a new resin driveway and grassed areas.
Original house was a 3 bed 1960's build with detached garage. The team at Phillips Build & Renovations liaised with both the clients and architect on this project, and competed every aspect of this full renovation and extension.
The side and rear of the property saw the addition of a two storey wrap around extension and the interior was stripped back and fully renewed. A full re-wire and re-plumb was required along with the fitting of all bathrooms and the kitchen. Our decorating team finished off the project to a very high standard.
